When he learns that the remains of his late grandmother, a refugee from the war, might be returned to her native village in Dalmatia, Nikola sets off with his father Mirko (74), who is returning to the family home after 25 years. Their journey unfolds into a poignant exploration of parenthood, family bonds, the passing of time and the fragile nature of memory.<br \/>\nThe film captures a series of seemingly incidental moments that weave together into a family\u2019s collective memory.
